Service Support

Project service readiness and lifecycle support

Project-configured support brings together delivery preparation, driver and technician familiarisation, maintenance planning, parts readiness and defined service-response coordination.

Project service modules

Make delivery, maintenance and response a confirmable project-support plan

Delivery and start-up readiness

Before vehicle mobilisation, align service access, project contacts, technical handover, the operating plan and support arrangements for the start-up phase.

Maintenance planning and parts preparation

Prepare maintenance planning, parts coordination and necessary technical materials around operating intensity, maintenance windows, key components and service access.

Fault coordination and service response

Within the project-confirmed notification, diagnostic-information handover and response mechanisms, coordinate the fleet, maintenance team and relevant service resources for follow-on handling.

Driver and technician support

Confirm familiarisation and training arrangements for drivers, technicians and project managers around vehicle operation, safety requirements, daily checks and basic maintenance.

Project handover and ongoing support

Once vehicles enter operation, continue to review service interfaces, maintenance arrangements and any support resources that need to be supplemented against the project plan.

Service scope and responsibilities

Confirm service scope, notification methods, response mechanisms, documentation handover and each party's responsibilities before deployment.

Service modules are configured by project and do not imply WNE already provides uniform platform coverage, field resources or real-time service capability in every market. Use of digital-operation data is governed by the agreement and configuration for the relevant project.
