Digital Operations

Delivery is the start: move each vehicle continuously toward the best-fit solution for its actual project

Within confirmed project data, connectivity and technical boundaries, vehicle-operation data can support ongoing evaluation of control strategies, configuration and service readiness after deployment.

Beyond standard delivery

Make actual operating data the basis for the next round of optimisation

Standard products are a starting point for typical mining scenarios. Once a vehicle is operating, its actual route, payload, grade, shifts, energy use and operating records provide the basis for further optimisation. Within confirmed project data, connectivity and technical boundaries, algorithm and control strategies, parameter calibration and optional hardware solutions can be evaluated continuously.

Three levels of tuning around the actual task

Vehicle-level tuning

Review operating status, energy use, thermal management, operating characteristics and selected fault conditions for an individual vehicle, then evaluate algorithm and control strategies, parameter calibration and confirmed optional hardware configurations. Any change remains subject to technical feasibility, safety validation and the agreed project scope.

Project-level tuning

When the same vehicle enters another project, route, payload, roads, shifts, refuelling conditions and local requirements may differ materially. A tuning result from a previous project should not be copied directly; the fit should be reassessed against actual data from the new project.

Driver-level tuning assistance

With the customer's lawful authorisation, data minimisation and clear role permissions, driver profiles and actual operating data can inform vehicle-use guidance, training support and fleet management. The system does not replace the customer's personnel judgement or management decisions.

A continuous loop from records to verification

01

Record actual operating conditions

Use route, payload, grade, shifts, energy use, operating behaviour and selected fault conditions to establish an evidence base for the project's actual use.

02

Identify the gap between standard configuration and actual conditions

Review vehicle, project and authorised-driver operating characteristics to identify control, configuration or service-readiness directions that deserve further assessment.

03

Propose and validate tuning options

Within confirmed technical, regulatory and safety boundaries, evaluate algorithm strategies, parameter calibration or hardware-configuration changes and retain the necessary change records.

04

Review operation after a change

After a tuning change, continue to review actual operating data to support maintenance, a project transition or the next evaluation cycle.

Let data support follow-on service

Initial triage for unexpected situations

Within configured data and connectivity scope, selected alerts, operating status and historical records can help the team begin a more targeted initial review.

Better-grounded maintenance readiness

Combine vehicle status, repair records and the operating plan to provide traceable input for maintenance windows, key-component checks and parts preparation.

Traceable service coordination

Project-confirmed notification, response and handover mechanisms can use relevant data records as evidence for coordination among the fleet, service team and project parties.

Digital operations are configured by project and do not imply that every market has the same data coverage, real-time performance, remote-response or tuning capability. Data collection, use of driver profiles, algorithm strategies, parameter changes and hardware changes remain subject to project agreement, applicable law, customer authorisation and safety validation.
